Google will display search terms related to the content of the pages users are reading. When the user clicks a related search term, they are taken to a search results page within the site. Using related search on content pages can encourage users to explore relevant topics on your site and engage with search ads.
Google claims that with the adoption of related search for content pages, sites would be able to increase site engagement by helping users discover ads and content relevant to what they’re viewing. Additionally, it also delivers high-quality search ads that are relevant to your users’ search terms.
Related search can also help you generate incremental revenue by driving more traffic to your search pages. Lastly, it allows you to maintain a quality user experience for your site by allowing you to control the look and feel of your related search units.
Google Analytics is used by millions of websites in order to learn more about their visitors. However, does the implementation of the analytic software affect SEO? Well, Google’s John Mueller stated that SEO is not impacted by the way you implement your analytics software. That is of course assuming that you don’t implement it in a way that blocks crawling and indexing.
John Mueller in his response stated that that there is no ranking bonus for keywords in domains and thus it will be more beneficial to choose a domain that has the potential to grow rather than one that will limit your business growth.
Choosing a domain by being more growth-focused as compared to being more keyword-focused would benefit you more in the long run as pivoting to a new domain is a huge hassle.
On the flip side of the coin, if you are able to choose a keyword domain that helps you rank well and doesn’t hamper your business growth,then go-ahead!
